Biscuit Gravy

Ingredients
  Ground beef/Sausage 2 Pound
  Grease 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 5 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Quart
  Biscuits/Toast 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Brown ground beef in skillet.
Sprinkle 4 or 5 tablespoons of flour over meat and brown like gravy.
If needed, add more grease.
Add milk and thicken just to boiling.
Pour over biscuits or toast.
