Ingredients
  Cooking oil 3 Tablespoon
  Canned sliced beets 15 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)
  Chopped cooked corned beef 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diced cooked potatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Half and half cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Dried parsley flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil in a 12-in.skillet.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Cook and stir over low heat for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and heated through.
