|Cooking oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Canned sliced beets||15 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)|
|Chopped cooked corned beef||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced cooked potatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Half and half cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Dried parsley flakes||2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Heat oil in a 12-in.skillet.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Cook and stir over low heat for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and heated through.
