Rancho Beef Bake
|Canned beans in barbecue sauce||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Canned tomatoes||1 Pound, undrained (1 Can)|
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Mashed potato flakes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion soup mix||1 Packet (1 Package)|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Combine beans and tomatoes in 13x9-inch baking dish; spread evenly.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
Shape into about twenty one 1 1/2-inch meat balls.
Arrange in three rows on top of beans.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Drop Biscuits by tablespoonfuls into two rows between meat balls.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes longer.
