Corned Beef And Cabbage

Ingredients
  Corned beef 5 Pound
  Water 1 Quart
  Potatoes 12 Medium, cut in half
  Cabbage head 2 Medium, cut into wedges
Directions

Soak corned beef in clear cold water for 2 hours.
Drain.
Then place corned beef and water in Dutch Oven Roaster.
Cover and simmer about 3 hours until tender.
Then add potatoes and cabbage and continue cooking 30 to 40 minutes until vegetables are tender.
