Sirloin Steak On Skewers
|Sirloin steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1-inch cubes|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and mashed|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Mushrooms||24 , stems removed|
Rub meat cubes with garlic.
Add remaining garlic to melted butter in a small pan.
Thread meat and mushrooms alternately on 6 skewers.
Salt and pepper them.
Roll them in the butter or brush the butter on them.
Place on rack 3 inches from broiler unit.
Turn to brown all sides, 5-10 minutes.
Pour any remaining butter over skewers and serve.
