Sirloin Steak On Skewers

Ingredients
  Sirloin steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1-inch cubes
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and mashed
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Mushrooms 24 , stems removed
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Rub meat cubes with garlic.
Add remaining garlic to melted butter in a small pan.
Thread meat and mushrooms alternately on 6 skewers.
Salt and pepper them.
Roll them in the butter or brush the butter on them.
Place on rack 3 inches from broiler unit.
Turn to brown all sides, 5-10 minutes.
Pour any remaining butter over skewers and serve.
