|Beef steak||3 Pound, well marbled with fat|
|Soy sauce||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Hawaiian salt/Ice cream salt||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Lemon juice/Vinegar||1 Teaspoon|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Cut steak into 1/4-inch slices, then into 1/2-inch strips.
Pound lightly to break up any tough tissue.
Blend remaining ingredients and pour over meat and marinate 1 hour.
Tie a string to the end of each piece and hang in hot sun one full day.
Meat is now ready to be broiled to an even brown over charcoal or in an oven broiler.
Uncooked meat may be stored in refrigerator until needed.
