Beef Ribs With Mustard

Ingredients
  Beef ribs 2 Pound (900 Gram)
  Flour 45 Milliliter (45 Milliliter)
  Dry mustard 15 Milliliter (15 Milliliter)
  Oil 30 Milliliter (30 Milliliter)
  Bay leaf 1
  Thyme 1 Pinch
  Hot water 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Red wine 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Prepared mustard 30 Milliliter (30 Milliliter, Old Fashioned)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  Dredge each beef rib with mixture of flour and dry mustard.
–  In a heavy skillet, heat oil and cook beef ribs a few at a time.
–  Place beef ribs in a stove-top casserole dish and season with bay leaf, thyme, salt and pepper.
–  Pour hot water, wine and "old-fashioned" mustard over beef rib mixture and simmer for 1 hour over low heat, half covered, stirring from time to time.
