Beef Ribs With Mustard

|Dry mustard||15 Milliliter (15 Milliliter)|
|Oil||30 Milliliter (30 Milliliter)|
|Hot water||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Red wine||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Prepared mustard||30 Milliliter (30 Milliliter, Old Fashioned)|
– Dredge each beef rib with mixture of flour and dry mustard.
– In a heavy skillet, heat oil and cook beef ribs a few at a time.
– Place beef ribs in a stove-top casserole dish and season with bay leaf, thyme, salt and pepper.
– Pour hot water, wine and "old-fashioned" mustard over beef rib mixture and simmer for 1 hour over low heat, half covered, stirring from time to time.
