Yamamoto Beef

Yamamoto Beef is heavenly. All I can say is ..YUM! The rest you will have to experiment for yourselves!
  Cooked lean beef 1 Pound, diagonally cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
  Green pepper 1 , cut into thin strips
  Radishes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Bamboo shoots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Tamari/Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Lettuce leaves 4

In a large bowl, combine the beef, peppers, radishes, and bamboo shoots.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, tamari, honey, and garlic.
Pour over the meat mixture and toss until all pieces are coated.
Arrange lettuce on a platter and mound meat mixture over it.
