|Cooked lean beef||1 Pound, diagonally cut into 1/4-inch thick slices|
|Green pepper||1 , cut into thin strips|
|Radishes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Bamboo shoots||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Lime juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Tamari/Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
In a large bowl, combine the beef, peppers, radishes, and bamboo shoots.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, tamari, honey, and garlic.
Pour over the meat mixture and toss until all pieces are coated.
Arrange lettuce on a platter and mound meat mixture over it.
