Ingredients
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dark corn syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Catchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Instant coffee granules 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Beef brisket 3 Pound (1 Whole)
Directions

1. Prepare mop sauce: In 1-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, heat all ingredients except beef brisket to boiling, stirring occasionally; cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
2. Place beef brisket in 13" by 9" baking dish. Pour mop sauce over brisket. Cover baking dish with foil and bake in 325°F. oven 3 hours or until brisket is fork-tender, turning brisket over once during baking.
3. To serve, remove brisket to cutting board and slice thinly. Skim fat from sauce; pour sauce into bowl.
