Ingredients
  Boneless beef brisket 2 Pound (trimmed of fat)
  Prepared hickory-flavored barbecue sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

1. Place the brisket in a 3 1/2-quart electric slow cooker. Top with 1 cup barbecue sauce.
2. Cover and cook on the high setting 4 to 5 hours, or until the beef is tender. Stir in the remaining 1 cup barbecue sauce. Cover and cook 15 to 30 minutes longer, or until heated through.
3. Remove the brisket and skim off any fat from the sauce.
