  Oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Butter 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cubed beef 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Canned tomato soup 14 Ounce (398 Milliliter)
  Canned tomatoes 14 Ounce (398 Milliliter)
  Celery 180 Milliliter, chopped (3/4 Cup)
  Canned mushrooms 14 Ounce (398 Milliliter)
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Worcestershire sauce 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Brown sugar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Vinegar 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

–  Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
–  In a large skillet, heat oil, melt butter and sear beef cubes. Put the seared meat in a casserole dish and keep warm in oven.
–  Degrease skillet, add all other ingredients and bring to a boil.
–  Pour mixture over beef cubes, then cook in oven for 1 hour.
–  Transfer to a hot serving dish.
