Ingredients
  Baby beef liver 1 Pound, sliced
  Milk 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Seasoned flour 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Butter 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Onion 250 Milliliter, minced (1 Cup)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  Soak liver slices in milk for 15 minutes and drain.
–  Mix together all seasoned flour ingredients and dredge liver.
–  In a skillet, melt butter and cook liver slices until middle is lightly pink.
–  Meanwhile, in a separate skillet, heat oil and saute onions, then season with Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.
–  Arrange liver on a serving dish, coat with sauce and serve.
