Quick Corned Beef And Cabbage
|Potatoes||2 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned corned beef||12 Ounce, crumbled (1 Can)|
|Cabbage head||1⁄2 , cut into 4 wedges|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
In greased 3-quart casserole, layer potatoes and onion.
Add water, salt and pepper.
Cook, covered with lid, at HIGH 8 to 9 minutes.
Add corned beef and cabbage; pour butter over cabbage.
Cook, covered, at HIGH 10 to 12 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
