|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Boneless beef sirloin steak||3 Pound|
Mix catsup, Worcestershire sauce and oil together.
Pour over steak and marinate overnight.
Remove steak from marinade and grill on outdoor grill or broil in oven about 12 minutes on each side.
Brush with marinade as it is cooking.
