Ingredients
  Lean beef 2 Pound, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
  Cream of healthy request mushroom soup 2 Can (20 oz)
  Cooking sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry onion soup mix 1 Ounce (Half Of A 2 Ounce Package)
Directions

Mix all ingredients in casserole and bake covered at 250 degrees for 3 hours.
