Roast Beef Croquettes
|Cold roast beef||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion juice||6 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Egg yolk||1 , slightly beaten|
Season beef with salt, pepper, onion juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Add remaining ingredients, shape after the form of small croquettes.
Roll in flour, egg and crumbs.
Fry in deep fat or place in buttered pan and bake in oven until brown.
