Busy Day Casserole
|Lean ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Whole kernel corn/Any other corn||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Vegetables||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Of Your Choice, Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Frozen hash browns||32 Ounce (1 Large Package)|
|Mushroom pieces||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup/Condensed cream of celery / chicken soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Milk||120 Milliliter (1 Soup Can)|
1) Spray 9 by 13 inch pan with non-stick spray. Put broken up beef in bottom, then add onions, vegetables, mushrooms and hash browns. Thin soup with 1 can milk and pour over top.
2) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until meat is done. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese over top and return to oven until cheese is melted.
