Here's a totally different recipe from the usual Busy Day Casserole you grew upon. I loved these Busy Day Casserole so much, that I knew I ought to replicate them at home.Truly delicious!
  Lean ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Whole kernel corn/Any other corn 2 Can (20 oz)
  Vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Of Your Choice, Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Frozen hash browns 32 Ounce (1 Large Package)
  Mushroom pieces 1 Can (10 oz)
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup/Condensed cream of celery / chicken soup 2 Can (20 oz)
  Milk 120 Milliliter (1 Soup Can)

1) Spray 9 by 13 inch pan with non-stick spray. Put broken up beef in bottom, then add onions, vegetables, mushrooms and hash browns. Thin soup with 1 can milk and pour over top.
2) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until meat is done. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese over top and return to oven until cheese is melted.
