Baked Beef Macaroni
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Green bell pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce|
|Canned mushrooms||8 Ounce, drained|
|Canned whole kernel corn||8 Ounce|
|Pimento stuffed olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Cooked macaroni||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mozzarella cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In a skillet, heat oil.
Lightly cook ground beef, onion and bell pepper.
Remove from skillet.
Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
Fold in remaining ingredients, except cheese.
Top with Mozzarella.
Cook in oven until cheese has melted.
