Meaty Mouthfuls

  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sausage meat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mixed herbs 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh white breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Meat bouillon cubes 2
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Potato starch powder 4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Packet)
  Canned tomato soup 11 Ounce (1 Can)
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Thyme sprigs/Rosemary sprigs 2 (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

1 First prepare the meat balls. Combine the minced (ground) beef with sausage meat. Mix in the herbs, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, crumbled stock (bouillon) cube. Bind together with the beaten egg.
2 Roll into 12 meat balls, and arrange on 30 x 20 x 5cm/ 12x8x2 inch ovenproof glass dish.
3 Cover with plastic wrap, and pierce. Microwave on power 7 for 11 minutes.
4 Make up potato as directed on packet.
5 Pipe a border of potato around an entree dish.
6 Arrange meat balls in centre of dish.
7 Place soup in a 300ml/ 1/2 pint (1 1/4 cup) jug and microwave on full power for 3 minutes.
8 Pour soup over meat balls, sprinkle with Parmesan.
9 Put the completed dish back in the microwave on full power for 2 minutes before serving, or brown potato under a preheated hot grill (broiler), if preferred.
10 Garnish with thyme or rosemary.
