These Traditional Corned Beef And Cabbage are real nummy! I was unaware that beef and cabbage made such a delightful combo till I tried out this Traditional Corned Beef And Cabbage. Wait till you get a taste of it!
Ingredients
  Lean corned beef 2 Pound
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Cabbage 1⁄2 , cored and quartered
Directions

1) Remove brine from corned beef and place in a pot. Cover with water and boil over a low flame.
2) When water has boiled for 10 minutes, skim off the scum, cover the pot, and simmer for 3 hours or until meat is tender.
3) Remove 2 cups of the cooking liquid and place in a pot with the cabbage. Cook for 15 minutes and serve with the corned beef.
