Scalloped Mince Bake

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Beef bouillon cubes 2
  Canned baked beans 7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tomato juice/Water 3 Tablespoon
  Thinly sliced potatoes 2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs), peeled
  Grated cheese 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1 Place the beef and onion in a 1.75 litre/3 pint (7 1/2 cup) casserole.
2 Stir well and microwave on full power for 3 minutes.
3 Stir and pour off excess fat. Add the crumbled stock (bouillon) cube, beans and water or tomato juice.
4 Stir and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the potato slices over surface, to cover thinly.
5 Cover with a lid and microwave on power 7 for 20 minutes.
6 Sprinkle a little cheese over the potato and return to microwave oven for 2 minutes on full power to melt, then brown under a preheated grill (broiler).
