Fiery Beef Stir Fry

Fiery beef stir fry is a spicy beef stir fry made with a marinade of soy sauce and garlic. Cooked with strips of beef with vegetables and spiced with garlic and cayenne, the fiery beef stir fry is high on the heat factor. Served with a pan sauce, it is best over rice or noodles.
  Beef boneless steak 1⁄2 Pound (Tender Steak)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 4 Tablespoon (Divided)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Cornstarch 4 Teaspoon
  White distilled vinegar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground red cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon (Divided)
  Cauliflowerets 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Bite Sized)
  Salt To Taste
  Onion 1 , chunked and separated
  Green pepper 1 , chunked

Cut beef across grain into thin strips.
Combine 1 tablespoon each Cornstarch and soy sauce with sugar and garlic in small bowl; stir in beef Let stand 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine water, remaining 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 4 teaspoons cornstarch, vinegar and red pepper; set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add beef and stir-fry 1 minute; remove.
Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in same pan.
Add cauliflowerets; lightly sprinkle with salt and stir-fry 2 minutes.
Add qnion and green pepper; stir-fry 4 minutes.
Stir in beef and soy sauce mixture; cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens.
