Creamy Beef And Onions
|Lean ground beef/Veal||3⁄4 Pound|
|Sliced mushrooms||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Onions||2 Medium, cut into thin wedges|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Canned beef gravy||10 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Low fat plain yogurt||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried thyme/Sage||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Hot cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Snipped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
In a large skillet cook meat, mushrooms, onions, and garlic till meat is no longer pink and onion is tender.
Drain off fat.
In a mixing bowl stir together beef gravy, yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, thyme or sage, and pepper.
Stir into meat mixture.
