Beef Steak Tomatoes And Onions

Ingredients
  Beefsteak tomatoes 2 Large
  Italian red onion/Other mild sweet onion 1 Medium
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut tomatoes in 1/2-inch-thick slices; slice onion.
Place in alternate layers in a large bowl.
For the dressing, mix together olive oil, oregano, and salt.
Pour the dressing over the tomatoes and onions, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer.
