Ingredients
  Hot water 8 Cup (128 tbs) (2 Liters)
  Carrots 6 Medium, peeled and cut in two
  Parsnips 2 , peeled and cut in two
  Onion 1 Large
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliters)
  Cloves 4
  Bay leaves 2
  Coarse salt 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliters)
  Fresh ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Stewing beef 4 Pound (2 Kilogram, Of Choice)
  Fresh green beans/Fresh green peas 1 Pound (500 Grams)
  Potatoes 8 , peeled
Directions

€¢ Place all the ingredients in a 18 to 20-cup (4.5 to 5 L) microwave-safe dish with a good cover. Cover and microwave 20 minutes at HIGH. Stir, then turn the meat. Cover and microwave 20 minutes at HIGH.
€¢ Turn the meat and simmer 30 minutes at MEDIUM. Turn the meat once again and microwave 20 to 30 minutes at MEDIUM, or until the meat is tender.
