Roast beef ribs
1 Cup (16 tbs)
Preheat oven at 350 F.
Melt butter in a pan and roast beef.
Sprinkle some steak spice.
Put the fat side up.
Bake it for 60 minutes.
cover it with foil and let the roast sit for 15 minutes.
Add cold water to the pan with roast drippings.
Add gravy mix and stir.
Cook until the gravy is thick.
Slice the roast and serve with gravy.
