Quick Beef Chip Casserole
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Corn chips||2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed|
|Chili||15 Ounce (with beans)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce|
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
Crumble meat into 1 quart mixing bowl.
MICROWAVE 4 MINUTES on HIGH, or until meat is set.
In 2-quart casserole, layer half the corn chips, half the meat, half the chili and half the tomato sauce.
MICROWAVE 6 MINUTES on HIGH.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
MICROWAVE 30 SECONDS on HIGH, or until cheese melts.
