Hot Mixed Grill
|Tomatoes||2 (Halved / Whole)|
|Lamb kidney/Pig kidney||1|
|Lamb liver piece/Calf liver piece||1|
|Melted butter/Margarine / fat||3 Tablespoon|
Put the mushrooms and tomatoes in the grill pan, seasoning well.
Start these under a hot grill for a few minutes.
Put the meat (well seasoned), with the exception of the bacon, on the grid, brushing with plenty of melted butter, margarine or fat.
Cook quickly, turning as necessary.
Add bacon at the last minute so this will not be overcooked.
Arrange on hot dish and serve with peas, French fried potatoes, chipped or saute potatoes.
Accompany with a crisp green salad if wished.
