Ingredients
  Canned condensed mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Crushed potato chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Finely sliced celery 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Raw)
  Half and half 2 Tablespoon (Light Cream)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook ground beef in a frying pan until brown and crumbly, adding some fat if necessary; turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Arrange thawed peas over browned meat, then cover with the sliced celery.
Mix together the mushroom soup, cream, salt, pepper, and onion; pour over celery.
Sprinkle potato chips over the top of the casserole.
Bake in a 375° oven for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
