Ingredients
  Beef roast 1⁄2 , cut into thin strips
  Celery stalks 8 , chopped
  Green onions 6 , chopped
  Capers 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place the meat and vegetables in a salad bowl.
Chill.
Toss the dressing with meat and vegetables.
