Curried Corned Beef
|Corned beef||12 Ounce|
|Chopped dessert apple||1|
|Margarine/1 tablespoon oil||1 Ounce|
|Curry powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped spring onions||6|
If serving cold you will need a little salad dressing, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, etc.
If serving hot then use a small can mulligatawny soup, some diced cooked potatoes or cooked rice.
Heat the oil or margarine, add the onions and apple, toss in the oil for a few minutes; there is no need to cook them until soft.
Work in the curry powder and cook for several minutes, then add the chutney and flaked corned beef.
