Baked Beef Balls

|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Ground lean pork||1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Small, minced|
|Uncooked rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cracker crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned condensed tomato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Can (15 oz) (1 Soup Can)|
Mix ground meats, onion, rice, cracker crumbs, egg, and seasonings.
Shape into balls about the size of golf balls, and place in a greased casserole.
Pour over tomato soup diluted with water.
Bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour.
