Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Ground lean pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Uncooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cracker crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Canned condensed tomato soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Can (15 oz) (1 Soup Can)
Directions

Mix ground meats, onion, rice, cracker crumbs, egg, and seasonings.
Shape into balls about the size of golf balls, and place in a greased casserole.
Pour over tomato soup diluted with water.
Bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour.
