Heavy Beef Short Ribs

Heavy beef shortribs is an oven cooked beef reicpe. Prepared with red pepper and mustard and minted for a fresh flavor, the heavy beef shortribs is cooked with white wine and can be served with the pan gravy or sauce.
Ingredients
  Beef short ribs 5 Pound (heavy)
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper red 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mint 2 Tablespoon, crushed
  Dry white wine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Use double pan top that is perforated or with holes in it.
Rub ribs with salt, red pepper, dry mustard and crushed dry mint.
Place ribs on top part of pan and place over bottom of pan.
Pour wine in bottom pan.
Bake in 325° oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Brown under broiler.
Use drippings and wine as sauce for ribs or gravy to put rice under.
