Corned Beef Captains

Corned beef captains is a corned beef salad toss prepared with cabbages and green onions. Flavored simply with mustard and mayonnaise, the corned beef captains are served atop toast slices.
Ingredients
  Canned corned beef 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Shredded cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chopped green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat bread slices 5
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon, softened
Directions

Chill corned beef; cut into 8 to 10 slices.
Combine cabbage and onion.
Blend together mayonnaise and mustard; toss lightly with cabbage mixture.
Toast bread; spread with butter.
Spoon cabbage mixture onto each slice; arrange 2 slices corned beef atop cabbage mixture.
