Corned Beef Captains
|Canned corned beef||12 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Shredded cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Chopped green onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Whole wheat bread slices||5|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, softened|
Chill corned beef; cut into 8 to 10 slices.
Combine cabbage and onion.
Blend together mayonnaise and mustard; toss lightly with cabbage mixture.
Toast bread; spread with butter.
Spoon cabbage mixture onto each slice; arrange 2 slices corned beef atop cabbage mixture.
