Smoky Beef Strips

Ingredients
  Beef chuck roast 1 1⁄2 Pound, sliced thin across the grain
  Light soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Liquid smoke 1 Teaspoon
  Catsup/Chili sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Hoisin sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Green onion 1 , chopped
Directions

Marinate the beef strips in the remaining ingredients for 30 minutes.
Broil quickly on one side, just until lightly browned
