Flemish Beef

Ingredients
  Beef chuck 2 1⁄2 Pound, cut in very thin slices
  Parsley sprigs 2 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Onions 2 Medium, sliced very thin
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, mixed in 1 cup beer
  Beer 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Sprinkle bottom of clay baker with parsley.
Arrange half the meat, onions, remaining meat, garlic.
Finish with seasoning.
Moisten with beer.
Close and bake.
