|Beef chuck||2 1⁄2 Pound, cut in very thin slices|
|Parsley sprigs||2 , chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Onions||2 Medium, sliced very thin|
|Brown sugar||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, mixed in 1 cup beer|
|Beer||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Sprinkle bottom of clay baker with parsley.
Arrange half the meat, onions, remaining meat, garlic.
Finish with seasoning.
Moisten with beer.
Close and bake.
