Corned Beef And Cabbage
|Bacon||4 , slices|
|Red pepper||2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Corned beef||12 Ounce, sliced|
Wash cabbage, and cut into 4 wedges .
Cook bacon in a Dutch oven until crisp; remove and drain bacon, reserving 3 tablespoons drippings in Dutch oven.
Combine cabbage, bacon, red pepper, salt, and water in Dutch oven.
Cover and cook over medium heat 30 minutes.
Add corned beef, and cook an additional 10 minutes.
