Ingredients
  Boneless beef roast 1
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Pepperoni sticks 2
  Oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Pasta shells 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon (Fleischmann's)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Basil 1 Tablespoon
  Peanut oil 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (Use Planters)
Directions

With an electric knife, make an incision right through the centre of the roast.
Force the stalk of pepperoni into the cavity.
Sprinkle the roast with the seasoning and the basil, place it on a rack on a roasting pan and cook at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on size and how well done you like it.
