Mustard Barbecued Beef Brisket

Ingredients
  Catsup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Beef brisket 4 Pound
Directions

In small bowl, combine catsup, worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic salt, celery salt and cayenne pepper.
Pierce brisket on both sides with a fork.
Place in 2-quart oblong glass baking dish.
Pour half of sauce over brisket; cover.
Microwave at high (10) 15 minutes.
Microwave at medium (5) 45 minutes.
Turn over and add remaining sauce.
Cover.
Microwave at medium (5) 45 to 50 minutes until tender.
Let stand, covered, 10 minutes.
TO COOK BY COMBINATION: Insert metal acces sory rack.
Cook on Combination Code 3, 2 14 to 3 hours; turn meat over and add remaining sauce after 1 1/2 hours.
