|Olive oil/Oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Mixed herbs||2 Tablespoon (Homemade)|
Heat oven to 425°F.
Brush tenderloin with oil; rub herb mix over tenderloin.
Place on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Insert meat thermometer in thickest part of tenderloin.
Bake at 425°F. for 30 to 40 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 135°F.
Remove from oven.
Tent with foil; let stand 10 minutes in warm place. (Tenderloin will continue to rise in temperature to 140°F; meat will be rare.)
Carve tenderloin into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices.
