Corned Beef Hash
|Canned corned beef||12 Ounce|
|Mashed potatoes||8 Ounce (Approximately)|
|Dripping||1 Ounce (For Frying)|
|Sliced beet root||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Flake the corned beef and mix with the potatoes and beaten egg.
Heat the dripping in a pan and put in the mixture.
Spread this evenly and allow to cook slowly until the underside is golden brown and the mixture really hot.
Fold like an omelette and turn on to a hot dish.
