Corned Beef Hamburgers
|Corned beef||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Mustard pickle||1 Tablespoon|
|Gherkins||2 , chopped|
|Rolls/8 small rolls||4 Large|
Chop the corned beef and mix with the chopped gherkins, chopped pickles and mustard.
Split and butter the rolls, spread with the corned beef mixture, then brush the outside of the rolls with a little butter.
Put into a fairly hot oven for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile make a salad of lettuce, watercress and tomatoes.
