  Chipped beef 8 Ounce, shredded
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 3 Tablespoon
  Diced green pepper 3 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Canned mushrooms 8 Ounce, drained and heated (1 Can Of 8 Ounce)
  Waffles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Saute beef in butter or margarine until light brown.
Add onion and green pepper, sprinkle flour over, then add milk slowly, stirring constantly.
Simmer until thickened; remove from heat and add parsley, paprika, sherry, and mushrooms.
