Every Day Pot Roast

Ingredients
  Beef chuck pot roast 4 Pound, trimmed of fat
  Gravy mix 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Instant beef bouillon 2 Teaspoon, dissolved
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiling potatoes 4 , peeled and cut in 1/2 inch slices
  Carrots 4 , quartered
Directions

Place pot roast in 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle gravy mix over roast.
Spread onion slices on top.
Add bouillon, potatoes and carrots.
Cover
