Ingredients
  Hamburger 5 Pound (Cheap Variety)
  Morton's tender quick salt 5 Teaspoon
  Coarse ground pepper 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole mustard seed 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hickory smoked salt 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix spices together and then mix gradually with meat using hands.
Chill in refrigerator overnight.
Second day mix again and return to refrigerator.
On third day form into 4-5 rolls and shape into rolls like salami.
Put on broiler rack in pan on bottom rack of oven and cook 8 hours at 140°.
Turn every 2 hours.
Will form its own crust.
Age 3 more days in refrigerator
