Corned Beef Hash Dinner

Ingredients
  Cooked corned beef 1 Pound
  Cooked potatoes 4 Medium
  Onion 1 Small
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Large
  Stalk celery 1 Small
  Parsley sprigs 2
Directions

1. Preheat oven to hot (425° F.).
2. Grind all the ingredients in a food grinder, using the finest knife. Mix well.
3. Turn into a shallow greased nine-inch pan. Bake until the crust is brown, twenty to twenty-five minutes. Fold as you would an omelet
