Savory Pot Roast

Ingredients
  Boneless beef pot roast 4 Pound
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Canned cream of mushroom soup 11 Ounce
  Dehydrated onion soup mix 2 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Sear pot roast in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Mix soups, worcestershire sauce and water, and pour over roast.
Heat, covered, on simmer approximately 18 minutes per pound or until tender.
