Savory Pot Roast
|Boneless beef pot roast||4 Pound|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||11 Ounce|
|Dehydrated onion soup mix||2 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Sear pot roast in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Mix soups, worcestershire sauce and water, and pour over roast.
Heat, covered, on simmer approximately 18 minutes per pound or until tender.
