Barbecued Beef On Skewers

Ingredients
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Chopped chili pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Powdered cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Steak 8 Ounce, cut into cubes
  Green pepper 1 Medium, cut in wide strips
  Whole mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Large Pieces)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except beef, green pepper and mushrooms to make marinade.
Cut meat into bite-size pieces and marinate for 2 hours.
Remove meat and place on skewer alternately with green pepper and mushrooms.
Grill over charcoal until brown.
