Barbecued Beef On Skewers
|Vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Chopped chili pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Powdered cumin||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Steak||8 Ounce, cut into cubes|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, cut in wide strips|
|Whole mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Large Pieces)|
Combine all ingredients except beef, green pepper and mushrooms to make marinade.
Cut meat into bite-size pieces and marinate for 2 hours.
Remove meat and place on skewer alternately with green pepper and mushrooms.
Grill over charcoal until brown.
