Homemade Spicy Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lean ground beef 2 Pound
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 8 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato sauce 15 Ounce
  Frankfurters 1 Pound (Cut Into 0.25 Inch Rounds)
  Hamburger buns 2
Directions

In a deep, 3 quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole heat oil on full power 2 minutes.
Crumble meat into hot oil and heat, uncovered, on roast for 10 minutes, breaking up meat pieces occasionally.
Drain off excess fat.
Stir in salt, pepper, chili powder and tomato sauce.
Heat, uncovered, on full power 4 minutes or until heated through.
Add frankfurter rounds and heat, uncovered, on full power an additional 4 minutes or until frankfurters are hot.
Spoon Sloppy Joe mixture over hamburger buns.
