Beef Cubed Steaks
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Beef steaks||10 Ounce, cubed (2 pieces, 5 ounce each)|
1. Preheat a 10-inch browning skillet, uncovered, at 100% (high)6 minutes.
2. Add oil to hot skillet. Using hot pads, tilt skillet to coat evenly with oil. Quickly add steaks. Microwave at 100% (high)1 minute.
3. Pour off pan juices. Turn steaks. Top each steak with butter or margarine. Microwave at 100% (high)30 seconds or until cooked to desired doneness. For medium steaks, meat should be pink when cut in center.
